We are seeking a Business Analyst to support complex digital initiatives by gathering and analysing business requirements, delivering data-driven insights, and enabling effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable solutions, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document clear and structured business requirements
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Produce and maintain requirements documentation, workflows, and functional specifications
  • Create reports and analysis outputs for different stakeholder groups
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
  • Support QA and UAT activities to validate business requirements
  • Review test scenarios and ensure adequate test coverage
  • Monitor delivered solutions and suggest enhancements based on feedback

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and user story creation
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments

Desirable Skills

  • Agile E2 certification
  • Experience in large-scale digital or transformation programmes
