We are seeking a Business Analyst to support complex digital initiatives by gathering and analysing business requirements, delivering data-driven insights, and enabling effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable solutions, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document clear and structured business requirements
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and support decision-making
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Produce and maintain requirements documentation, workflows, and functional specifications
- Create reports and analysis outputs for different stakeholder groups
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Support QA and UAT activities to validate business requirements
- Review test scenarios and ensure adequate test coverage
- Monitor delivered solutions and suggest enhancements based on feedback
Essential Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Experience in requirements elicitation and user story creation
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments
Desirable Skills
- Agile E2 certification
- Experience in large-scale digital or transformation programmes
