You'll play a key role in designing, building and supporting modern customer-facing platforms used by millions of customers, while helping to shape engineering standards, drive innovation and mentor fellow engineers.
Working within empowered Agile teams, you will collaborate closely with Product, Delivery and Engineering colleagues to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable software solutions and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering teams.
- Champion engineering best practices including code quality, testing and Dev Ops.
- Support CI/CD automation and continuous delivery initiatives.
- Lead code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across software quality, performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Architecture teams to solve complex business challenges.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, engineering standards and platform evolution.
- Support production environments and participate in operational support activities.
- Promote innovation, experimentation and continuous learning across engineering teams.
- Strong experience in software engineering and solution development.
- Hands‑on experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot or similar microservices frameworks.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect and modern identity management patterns.
- Experience with CIAM, SSO, MFA and authentication technologies.
- Experience building REST, SOAP and Graph QL APIs.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID or similar identity platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions or similar.
- Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hub or other messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of testing practices including TDD, BDD and integration testing.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with GDPR and data privacy requirements.
- Experience implementing MFA solutions.
- Exposure to identity and security-focused open‑source technologies.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
