Site Implementation Manager – Network and Hardware London (Hybrid) 60-70K + Bonus + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio IT Infrastructure Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, within a property investment and development company. Role and Responsibilities: – Lead technology deliverables for portfolio and development projects, managing technology integrations in new developments and refurbishments. – Provide technical estimates and quotes to support future portfolio initiatives. – Ensure day-to-day technology service levels are met, working with internal staff and external suppliers/partners. – Oversee supplier/partner deliverables for timely and budget-friendly technology rollouts across sites. – Manage digital and technology-related finances for all portfolio projects. – Support leasing and flex teams with customer pre-sales, onboarding, and offboarding activities. – Introduce proactive monitoring and alerting for sites to resolve issues before they impact customers. Critical Skills: – Technical expertise in managing and delivering network and hardware services across a portfolio. – Understanding customer needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
