We are seeking a talented Python + React Developer to join a fast-paced engineering team supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative and proactive, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will design, develop and support modern applications using Python and JavaScript frameworks, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. You will play a key role in helping drive technical excellence, unblock delivery challenges and contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to shape technical solutions and contribute to design decisions
- Work closely with engineering teams to build, test and deliver high-quality software
- Lead and participate in planning, delivery and execution of internal and cross-functional projects
- Act as a technical expert for platforms and services under development
- Keep abreast of platform changes, tooling enhancements and industry trends
- Champion modern development practices, automation and engineering standards
- Identify and remove technical blockers to ensure steady delivery progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security-related issues
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology, product and operational teams
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements

- Strong commercial experience with Python
- Proficient in JavaScript frameworks, ideally React or Angular
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments undergoing change
