Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Assurance Lead to oversee delivery performance, ensuring plans, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed across domains and suppliers.

Initial Focus (First 3 Months)

  • Establish delivery assurance framework and governance model
  • Assess baseline plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness
  • Align Delivery Leads to common standards and controls
  • Identify cross-domain risks, bottlenecks, and sequencing issues
  • Provide initial assurance reporting to leadership
