Backed by over $1 billion in investment and operating at a $500m+ revenue run rate, they deliver next-generation AI-driven Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) solutions to Tier-1 banks and financial institutions across Europe. Having scaled to over 2,000 employees worldwide since launching in 2017, this profitable and high-growth SaaS division is now preparing for a 2025 IPO. As part of their continued European expansion, they are hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales professional to join the FCP business—a €120m+ division with record growth and strong Tier-1 customer traction.
- Product: Enterprise AI platform covering AML, KYC/CDD, Sanctions, Fraud & Case Management
- Growth: €120m+ business unit, record year in 2024 with new Tier-1 logos & major renewals

Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions into Financial Services/Banking
- Proven track record closing €1m+ ARR enterprise deals
- Experience selling AI, Data, or Risk/Fraud/Compliance technology solutions preferred
- Ability to navigate complex Tier-1 banking stakeholders across IT and Line of Business
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/Challenger Sales frameworks
