We’re looking for an experienced Software Architect to join a growing team delivering impactful solutions across UK Government and Law Enforcement sectors. This is a chance to work on high-value, mission-critical systems that make a real difference.
What You'll Do:
- Define software architecture and design solutions across a variety of technologies and platforms
- Work closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable systems
- Support full lifecycle delivery from design to deployment
- Contribute to innovation and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams with regular end-user engagement
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in software architecture and full-stack development (e.g. React, TypeScript, Java, C#, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Strong grasp of secure design principles and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environment
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
