Location: Central London (Hybrid & Flexible Working)

Salary: Up to Β£80,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Software Architect to join a growing team delivering impactful solutions across UK Government and Law Enforcement sectors. This is a chance to work on high-value, mission-critical systems that make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Define software architecture and design solutions across a variety of technologies and platforms
  • Work closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable systems
  • Support full lifecycle delivery from design to deployment
  • Contribute to innovation and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams with regular end-user engagement

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in software architecture and full-stack development (e.g. React, TypeScript, Java, C#, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Strong grasp of secure design principles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  • Technical leadership and mentoring experience
