What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience managing Scrum cycles across multiple squads, especially within web, mobile, and enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with a track record of backlog management and iterative delivery.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, including reporting dashboards.
- Strong conflict resolution and coaching capabilities to empower teams and promote collaborative success.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, QA workflows, and release coordination across multiple platforms.
- Ability to balance team-specific needs with enterprise-wide delivery objectives in a dynamic environment.
