SCRUM Master Contract role in London. 6 Months. Rate of £450 Inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe agile practices within a regulatory/compliance-driven data environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of data-related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Experience on regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally BCBS 239.
- Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
