We are looking for a SAP SF EC Consultant to join the talented UK Managed Services team, which includes experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll consultants. In this role, you will support a wide range of customers and deliver high-quality SAP HCM payroll services across the managed services portfolio. You’ll handle diverse tasks including ad hoc configuration changes, annual payroll patching support, process improvement recommendations, and participation in mini-projects. You’ll work closely with customers, helping them implement best practice solutions, while also collaborating with a high-performing team of experts. This is a remote-based position with minimal travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert SAP HCM Payroll services for UK and Ireland customers
- Handle configuration, enhancement, and support activities within SAP Payroll
- Support annual payroll patching processes
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Participate in small-scale projects and change requests
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support in a managed services environment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience (8+ years) in SAP Payroll including configuration, schema modifications, and testing
- In-depth knowledge of UK and Irish payroll legislation and processes
- Experience working with SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Time Management (positive and negative)
- Background in SAP support and change request handling
- Proven ability to analyse and recommend process improvements with confidence
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and integration between Employee Central (EC) and SAP ERP
- SuccessFactors certification in at least one module
- Basic ABAP development or debugging skills
