Senior SAP delivery leader with responsibility for shaping, governing, and delivering a strategic SAP change portfolio across ERP, supply chain, data, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
Combines strong programme leadership with a deep understanding of SAP platforms and delivery principles, bringing the credibility to engage confidently with architects, functional consultants, development teams, suppliers, and senior business stakeholders.
- Able to "speak the SAP language" while translating complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes and decisions.
- Acts as the key point of alignment between business demand, technology strategy, and delivery capacity, ensuring investments are prioritised effectively and resources are focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest value.

- Known for forward planning and proactive portfolio management, developing clear roadmaps that anticipate future business and technology requirements, reduce delivery risk and ensure SAP platforms remain scalable, supportable, and aligned to organisational strategy.
