Sail Point Machine Identity Security (MIS) Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Sail Point MIS across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Deploy automated discovery to identify service accounts, machine credentials, and unmanaged non-human identities.
- Establish ownership, lifecycle management, and accountability for machine identities.
- Implement access governance, certification, and compliance controls in line with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IAM, PAM, security, cloud, and application teams to align identity controls and standards.
- Produce technical documentation, operating procedures, and best-practice guidance.
- Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience delivering IAM/IGA solutions, with strong Sail Point ISC expertise.
- Hands-on experience implementing Sail Point MIS or similar machine identity governance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, Azure, APIs, and secrets management platforms such as Cyber Ark or Hashi Corp Vault.
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Desirable
- Sail Point ISC Engineer or Architect certification.
- Experience across PAM, cloud security, or cybersecurity programmes.
- Previous delivery experience within financial services or banking environments.
