Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven RAID Manager to own and coordinate the integrated view of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across a complex technology and data programme. This role is key to ensuring delivery confidence by providing clear visibility, tracking, and escalation of RAID items across multiple domains and suppliers.

Initial Focus (First 3 Months)

  • Establish the RAID management framework, processes, and governance
  • Implement consistent logging, tracking, and assessment standards across teams
  • Build an integrated RAID view aligned to delivery plans and milestones
  • Define ownership, escalation routes, and reporting structures
  • Identify early cross-domain risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
  • Embed tooling and reporting for RAID visibility across stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a single, integrated RAID view across domains, suppliers, and workstreams
  • Ensure all risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are consistently logged and tracked
  • Assess and highlight cross-domain and cross-supplier impacts
  • Link RAID items to delivery plans, milestones, readiness, and critical path
  • Track ownership, actions, and timelines, ensuring timely resolution
  • Identify emerging trends, recurring risks, and unresolved blockers
  • Provide clear RAID reporting and escalation recommendations to governance forums
  • Ensure closed-loop tracking of actions, decisions, and outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience managing RAID on large-scale technology or transformation programmes

  • Comfortable operating within governance frameworks and reporting structures
  • Understanding of Agile / SAFe and traditional delivery models
