Process Optimisation Manager
London (Hybrid) | Full-time | Global Travel Tech Company
We're looking for a Process Optimisation Manager to join a fast-paced, international travel and events organisation. This is a key role within the global product team, focused on driving automation, optimising processes, and unlocking commercial opportunities through SAP Compleat.
What You'll Do
Lead automation strategy and RPA implementation using SAP Compleat
Identify and automate repetitive tasks across travel operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and IT
Manage and maintain SAP Compleat integrations with travel systems
Optimise end-to-end workflows and document automation processes
Monitor automation performance (eg cost savings, efficiency)
Deliver insights and ROI reporting to leadership
Train teams on automation tools and processes
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience with SAP Compleat
