About the Role
Join an iconic global luxury brand on a 3–5 year digital transformation journey. As Principal IAM Administrator, you’ll be the technical lead for Identity and Infrastructure, modernising legacy platforms, driving cloud adoption, and embedding automation and “as-a-service” principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Own and evolve the 3–5 year infrastructure and identity plan; ensure resilience, security, and scalability.
- Identity & Access: Lead Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and One Identity Safeguard/Active Roles; manage Conditional Access, Azure SSO, JIT provisioning.
- Cloud Adoption: Migrate on-premises systems to Azure/AWS while modernising VMware VCF environments.
- Automation & Modernisation: Implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, GitLab; leverage Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux platforms.
- Leadership: Mentor internal teams, drive modern engineering practices, and balance strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
Skills & Experience
- IAM Expertise: One Identity products, Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure SSO, Conditional Access, JIT.
- Infrastructure & Automation: Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware VCF, Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat).
- Networking & Security: zScaler, ZTNA, enterprise networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, infrastructure hardening.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and influencing skills.
