Stott and May in London is seeking a hands-on Penetration Testing Lead to shape, scale, and elevate a growing offensive security practice. You will own and grow the function across testing, red/blue/purple team services, and work with senior leadership on scoping and client engagements.
In this role you will stay hands-on with complex assessments, mentor consultants, set testing methodologies and reporting standards, and drive delivery quality across high-value engagements in a rapidly expanding.
