Privacy Programme ManagerHybrid- 3 Days Onsite
We're supporting a major organisation delivering a large scale Privacy Transformation Programme and are seeking an experienced Privacy Programme Manager to lead delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
- Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level.
- Manage programme risks, issues, resources and change control.
- Coordinate delivery across Technology, Legal, Security, Compliance and business teams.
- Track progress, benefits realisation and successful transition into BAU operations.
Experience Required
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Strong programme governance, RAID, planning and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical delivery outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery.
- Programme management certification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Privacy, Data Protection or Information Governance programme experience.
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and wider regulatory frameworks.
- Experience within regulated or highly governed environments.
