We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Delivery Partner to lead complex, large-scale Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes. This senior role demands a strong track record in managing £20M+ programmes, building C-suite relationships, and leading high-performing, global delivery teams, including offshore centres.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes
Manage senior client relationships, including C-level engagement
Oversee large global teams (25+), including offshore (e.g. India)
Drive programme governance, risk, issue, and stakeholder management
Ensure delivery across full SDLC using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
Advise clients and present actionable insights and solutions
Prepare and lead steering group meetings
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven success delivering Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes (£20M+)
Strong leadership across global delivery teams
Deep SDLC and programme management expertise
Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (5+ years UK residency)
Experience in public sector or customer-facing industries (e.g. retail, CPG, transport)
