We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Delivery Partner to lead complex, large-scale Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes. This senior role demands a strong track record in managing £20M+ programmes, building C-suite relationships, and leading high-performing, global delivery teams, including offshore centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes
  • Manage senior client relationships, including C-level engagement
  • Oversee large global teams (25+), including offshore (e.g. India)
  • Drive programme governance, risk, issue, and stakeholder management
  • Ensure delivery across full SDLC using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Advise clients and present actionable insights and solutions
  • Prepare and lead steering group meetings

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven success delivering Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes (£20M+)
  • Strong leadership across global delivery teams
  • Deep SDLC and programme management expertise
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
  • Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (5+ years UK residency)
  • Experience in public sector or customer-facing industries (e.g. retail, CPG, transport)
