We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Delivery Partner to lead complex, large-scale Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes. This senior role demands a strong track record in managing £20M+ programmes, building C-suite relationships, and leading high-performing, global delivery teams, including offshore centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes
- Manage senior client relationships, including C-level engagement
- Oversee large global teams (25+), including offshore (e.g. India)
- Drive programme governance, risk, issue, and stakeholder management
- Ensure delivery across full SDLC using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
- Advise clients and present actionable insights and solutions
- Prepare and lead steering group meetings
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven success delivering Oracle Fusion / HCM programmes (£20M+)
- Strong leadership across global delivery teams
- Deep SDLC and programme management expertise
- Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (5+ years UK residency)
