We’re working with a well-recognised UK non-profit that’s embarking on a significant transformation of their digital engagement and marketing technology capabilities. They’re looking for a contract Technology Transformation Lead to spearhead this journey — someone who can bring structure, technical oversight, and leadership to a major multi-phase programme that will redefine how they connect with audiences across digital channels.
This role requires deep experience in IT and technology delivery, particularly in MarTech platforms and digital product ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have operated in large, complex environments and knows how to scale and shape transformation from a technical perspective — not just from a marketing or campaign background.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the evolution and transformation of a large suite of marketing technologies
- Setting and delivering a clear technology roadmap in line with organisational goals
- Working cross-functionally to align internal teams and external suppliers
- Overseeing budgets, risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Building the right culture and capability within delivery teams
- Ensuring strong data protection, security, and platform integrity throughout the programme
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering MarTech or digital transformation within a technology/IT capacity
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms (e.g. campaign tools, CMS, content automation, analytics, A/B testing, etc.)
- Experience managing suppliers and internal teams to deliver at pace
- Strategic leadership combined with hands-on technical and operational oversight
- Experience working within highly transactional environments like retail, eCommerce, financial services, or large-scale not-for-profits
- Ability to communicate complex programmes to both senior stakeholders and technical teams
If you’re looking to take on a mission-led contract where your skills will support an organisation doing work that truly matters — and where you’ll have the autonomy to shape meaningful digital change — this could be a great fit. You’ll be part of an exciting programme of transformation that blends purpose, challenge, and the chance to leave a lasting impact on a recognised UK organisation working toward a greater cause.
Send your CV now for consideration. Interviews to be held as early as next week.
