We are looking for a mid-senior Microsoft 365 specialist with strong communication skills to support user enablement, training, and adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a particular focus on SharePoint and Microsoft Copilot. This is a long-term, continuous assignment where the consultant will work closely with end users and business teams to introduce new M365 features, improve usage, and support ongoing digital workplace evolution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user training sessions on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Copilot
- Support adoption of new Microsoft 365 features
- Act as a bridge between IT and business users
- Provide guidance on SharePoint usage, structure, and best practices
- Promote effective use of the M365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot)
- Prepare training materials and documentation
- Support change and user engagement initiatives
Profile
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot
- Comfortable delivering training and interacting with users
- Experience in user adoption / change / enablement roles
- Good communication and presentation skills
