Our client is seeking a talented Digital Product Owner to lead the development of their flagship customer platform and wider digital services. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape end-to-end customer journeys, strengthen loyalty, and drive meaningful revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple development teams under one shared roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, deliver innovative digital solutions, and support the organisation’s broader digital transformation goals. Your work will directly impact a large and diverse customer base across the UK and beyond.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital or customer-facing roles
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role
- Proven experience working on a single product roadmap across multiple development teams
- Background in delivering both Mobile Apps and Websites
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of APIs, web platforms, and customer identity management
- Excellent communication, quick thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices
- Degree or equivalent experience; product management or Scrum certifications are a bonus
