Senior Product Area Manager to lead a portfolio of operational products focused on optimisation, planning, resource allocation and AI-driven decision making.

Working at the intersection of business, technology and operations, you will define product strategy, manage a complex portfolio roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product portfolio strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, change, data and technology.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value transformation initiatives.
  • Develop business cases, track benefits realisation and report value delivery.
