Stott & May are partnering with a well-known high street retailer to hire a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the continued growth of their digital function.
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

The Role
Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce, this position will take full ownership of the customer marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading digital acquisition across channels such as paid search, SEO, affiliates, paid social, and display
- Developing and executing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and long-term value
- Overseeing email marketing strategy, planning, and optimisation
- Using data and performance insights to inform decision-making and improve results
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and tracking performance against commercial targets
- Leading and developing a small team within CRM and digital marketing
- Collaborating with internal teams and managing external agency partners
Requirements
- Previous experience within the retail sector is essential
- Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital acquisition
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against revenue and performance targets
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and tag management platforms
- Confident working with CRM systems and customer data to drive segmentation and personalisation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
