I am looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to support a global Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for managing day-to-day programme execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project controls across a complex ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation activities.
- Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks.
- Prepare steering committee materials, executive reports, and programme updates.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide delivery leadership across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate challenging conversations, resolve blockers, and drive decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with established project delivery methodologies and governance standards.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
- Proven end-to-end ERP project management experience across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, phases, and delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing project governance, programme reporting, and executive communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.
