We are hiring an nCino Consultant for one of our Consulting clients - working on a project with a Banking customer.
Contract: 40 hours/week for 3 months
Location: Dallas TX - 1-2 days/wk onsite, or 1 week/month needed in Dallas, TX – travel expenses can be covered for flights etc. if not local
Rate: approx. $60-70/h w2 or $70-85/h C2C
Role: nCino Consultant
This person will support a highly client-facing engagement and function as an extension of the client’s team, so communication, presence, and stakeholder management are just as critical as solution knowledge.
Core requirements:
- Standard BA skillset: discovery, requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, backlog support, UAT coordination, and documentation
- Strong understanding of nCino Gold Standard and the ability to apply it in real-world delivery
- Solid business knowledge of commercial lending and small business loans (end-to-end origination processes, credit, underwriting, documentation, and funding workflows)
- Able to quickly assess and understand a customer’s current-state build and translate gaps into actionable recommendations
Client-facing expectations:
- Confident leading working sessions and workshops with client stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication, including clear documentation and executive-ready summaries
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving decisions
