We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and shape the UK marketing function for an organisation that is redefining its sector. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the UK marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on demand generation, pipeline growth, and elevating market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality leads for the new business function while increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). They will also ensure the effective localisation of global marketing frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and maximise marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UK marketing strategy and execution to drive demand, generate new prospects, and strengthen market presence.
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Execute global marketing frameworks, tailoring them effectively to regional market dynamics.
  • Partner with product teams and senior leadership to shape and optimise customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue & Growth leadership to align new business development with digital marketing strategies.

  • Build strong relationships across internal teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Drive brand positioning and thought leadership in competitive markets.
  • Lead full-funnel demand generation activities including digital, lifecycle, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimise performance, including attribution modelling, CAC/LTV, and ROI.
  • Manage both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, balancing enterprise acquisition with end-user engagement.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives, including proposition development, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market launches.
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Champion digital innovation, enhancing user experience, customer journeys, and personalisation at scale.
  • Build, develop, and scale a high-performing, modern marketing team across digital, data, content, and automation disciplines.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix organisation, aligning regional execution with global strategies.
