We’re building the next-generation sports betting & prediction markets platform—where users can bet, trade event contracts, or even become the House. Leveraging blockchain (Solana app-chain), secure oracles, and modern backend tech, we’re scaling fast while preparing for CFTC regulation.

As Lead Engineer / CTO, you’ll be the hands-on technical leader driving innovation, architecture, and compliance. You’ll oversee development, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems at the intersection of blockchain, fintech, and regulated betting. This is a rare opportunity to build cutting-edge tech while shaping strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead architecture and innovation: smart contracts, hybrid on/off-chain systems, scalable infrastructure.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: CFTC-aligned systems, KYC/AML, secure settlements, audit trails.
  • Manage and mentor developers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Roll up your sleeves to debug, optimize, and prototype solutions.
  • Define and execute the tech roadmap across infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.

You Should Have

  • 8+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership (Lead Engineer / CTO).
  • Hands-on experience in regulated environments (fintech, trading, or gambling).
  • Backend expertise (Rust preferred), relational databases, API design, blockchain integration.
  • Familiarity with smart contracts, oracles, bridges, and authentication/security protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or real-time fintech apps.
  • Prior work with distributed teams or open-source/crypto IP contributions.
