What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Build real connections with candidates on every call.
  • Source amazing talent using LinkedIn, our database, website, and Bullhorn.
  • Interview, qualify, and get to the heart of each candidate’s story.
  • Keep candidate records sharp, accurate, and up to date.
  • Be a trusted advisor – giving candidates and clients insight into market trends, salaries, and opportunities.
  • Champion your candidates to clients through compelling shortlists and CVs.
  • Always deliver honest feedback and a positive, transparent experience.
  • Help improve client and candidate satisfaction – measured through feedback and care scores.
  • Manage offers and collaborate with our compliance team to get everything over the line.
  • Build long-term relationships that position Stott and May as a go-to partner.
