We’re partnering with a high-growth, post-IPO SaaS company looking for a Deal Desk / Commercial Strategy professional in London to support complex enterprise deals and work directly alongside Sales on commercial structuring and negotiations. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role during a pivotal moment for the business, as it navigates a major platform and customer migration, creating exciting commercial complexity and opportunities to shape processes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with Sales to structure and negotiate enterprise deals
- Join customer calls alongside Sales and Legal to provide commercial guidance in real-time
- Support contract renewals and migrations from legacy platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Help refine and scale deal desk processes as the business continues to grow
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS / technology supporting complex deal cycles
- Strong deal desk, commercial strategy, or sales operations experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and navigating ambiguity
- Enjoys working on high-impact projects with global visibility
