  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years leading and managing cross‐functional teams and 3+ years managing engineering managers
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and operating large‐scale backend systems with high reliability
  • Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern API‐driven architectures
  • JAVA‐led programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Angular, React)
  • Hands‐on, collaborative leadership style—able to code, troubleshoot, and guide teams through complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communicator with experience working across diverse teams and multiple time zones

  • Experience or familiarity with complex logistical platforms or the travel industry
  • Experience guiding AI‐driven workflows and data‐driven decision‐making
