We’re partnering with a high-growth enterprise AI software company hiring a Professional Services Leader for their Financial Crime / Compliance platform. The platform is a market-leading solution used by global banks and financial institutions to tackle AML, fraud, sanctions and compliance using advanced AI. With significant investment into GenAI and automation, the business is now transforming its services function to align with a more product-led, AI-driven delivery model.
This is a high-impact leadership role owning a ~$40M+ services business and leading 150+ people across EMEA. You’ll drive transformation, improve delivery models, and partner closely with enterprise customers and internal leadership.
What we’re looking for:- Proven leadership of a Professional Services org (100+ people)
- Direct P&L ownership ($40M+)
- Background in enterprise SaaS / fintech / financial services tech
- Experience working with Tier-1 banking clients
- Track record of transforming delivery models (product-led / outcome-based)
