What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementations within NHS Trusts, especially with Nervecentre EPR or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of patient pathways, clinical workflows, and NHS standards.
  • Expertise in clinical and administrative process redesign, ensuring seamless system integration with platforms like PAS, NHS App, and EDMS.
  • Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of managing complex change projects.
  • Skilled in change management, training delivery, and benefits realisation.
  • Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, clinical safety, and accessibility requirements.
