What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementations within NHS Trusts, especially with Nervecentre EPR or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of patient pathways, clinical workflows, and NHS standards.
- Expertise in clinical and administrative process redesign, ensuring seamless system integration with platforms like PAS, NHS App, and EDMS.
- Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of managing complex change projects.
- Skilled in change management, training delivery, and benefits realisation.
- Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments.
Nice to Have:
- Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, clinical safety, and accessibility requirements.
- Prior involvement in digital modernisation initiatives and service improvement agendas.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, IT, project management, or related fields.
- Extensive experience leading ICT-enabled change projects in healthcare settings.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible balance of office and remote work, with onsite presence to be agreed based on project needs.
- Ability to undertake travel as necessary to NHS Trust sites.
