You Should Have:
- 8+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership (Lead Engineer / CTO).
- Hands-on experience in regulated environments (fintech, trading, or gambling).
- Backend expertise (Rust preferred), relational databases, API design, blockchain integration.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, oracles, bridges, and authentication/security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or real-time fintech apps.
- Prior work with distributed teams or open-source/crypto IP contributions.
