We’re building the next-generation sports betting to foster a collaborative, high-performing team. Roll up your sleeves to debug, optimize, and prototype solutions. Define and execute the tech roadmap across infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.

You Should Have:

  • 8+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership (Lead Engineer / CTO).
  • Hands-on experience in regulated environments (fintech, trading, or gambling).
  • Backend expertise (Rust preferred), relational databases, API design, blockchain integration.
  • Familiarity with smart contracts, oracles, bridges, and authentication/security protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or real-time fintech apps.
  • Prior work with distributed teams or open-source/crypto IP contributions.
