We’re looking for an experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer with strong Copado and Salesforce deployment expertise to lead a key Salesforce–Copado integration project. This is a hands-on, project-based role with significant influence on delivery timelines.

Base pay range: Up to £107,500 + 12.5% bonus (up to 25%) + £4,000 travel allowance + full benefits

Location: Heathrow (3 days per week in office) | Flexible working within 40-hour week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure DevSecOps solutions in an agile environment
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Azure DevOps
  • Integrate security tools (SAST, SCA) into CI/CD processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise backlogs and meet project goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years’ experience in DevSecOps or related roles
  • Strong Copado expertise – Compliance Hub and Robotic Testing a plus
  • Proficiency in YAML, Python, Bash or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of CI/CD automation frameworks and cloud integration
  • Leadership or project leadership preferred (not essential if Copado skills are strong)
  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce, Copado, or DevOps)
