Stott & May are excited to be working with a dynamic client who are looking to expand their leadership team with the appointment of a Product Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, tech-driven organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation.

As Product Director, you will take ownership of the overall product strategy and roadmap across a broad portfolio of digital and customer-focused products. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, driving innovation, product performance, and commercial success, whilst leading and developing a high‑performing product team.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have proven product leadership experience within SaaS, fintech, digital platforms, or technology‑led environments, alongside strong commercial acumen and experience delivering customer‑centric products at scale.

Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Salary: Up to £140,000 basic salary + benefits
