Join a leading global consulting firm’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
- Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.
- Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.
- Provide weekly status reports to the project team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with D365 HR and key HR modules.
- Minimum 3–4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
- Experience with data migration in D365 HR.
- Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel.
Qualifications
- MBA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Tech, B.E, or equivalent degree.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O (HR domain expertise preferred).
