Job Title: Ecommerce Optimisation Specialist
Location: London
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Optimisation Specialist to join one of our dynamic retail clients. If you’re passionate about online shopping, love using data to improve customer experiences, and enjoy driving impactful changes across websites and apps, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee all ecommerce optimisation and personalisation initiatives across websites and apps.
- Work with the ecommerce trading team to gather A/B testing requirements and implement campaigns that balance customer experience with commercial impact.
- Manage content updates to ensure a clear and accurate customer journey.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement changes using Bloomreach and other tools.
- Utilise HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of search and merchandising tools (Search and Promote).
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for ecommerce and online retail.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in optimisation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
- Hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS, and ecommerce platforms/tools.
