D365 HR Consultant
Start: ASAP

Location: hybrid (1-2 days per week in Lincolnshire)

Join a leading global consulting firmβs Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We\βre seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
β Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
β Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
β Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.
β Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.
β Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
β Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.
β Provide weekly status reports to the project team.
Skills & Experience:
β Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.
β Minimum 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
β Experience with data migration in D365 HR.
β Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
β Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
β Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel.
