D365 F&O Developer (D365 Finance & Operation)

Start: ASAP
Duration: initial 6-months
Pay: Inside IR35, up to £465 per day
Location: 1-day per week in Windsor

We're seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives in delivering complex ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Champion best development practices in a D365 F&O environment.
Contribute deep experience from at least five full-cycle ERP implementations.
Lead on business requirement analysis and reduce development overhead.
Map, model and document business processes effectively.
Review technical architecture and ensure alignment with requirements.
Stay current with Microsoft preview features (eg Dual Write, RSAT).
Own the technical delivery of new implementations.

Skills & Experience

7-8 years of D365 F&O development experience.
Proficient in X and strong SQL skills.
Solid knowledge of .NET, D365 frameworks, and ISV development.
Skilled in Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, automation).
Experience with Azure infrastructure and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
Comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality results.
