Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Do you love turning customer data into engaging, revenue-driving campaigns? Our retail client is looking for a CRM Manager to own their CRM, retention, and customer communications strategy—and make a real impact!
You\’ll lead the email and mobile marketing plan, track key KPIs, and build long-term, profitable relationships with customers. Working alongside the Insight Analyst, you\’ll manage, develop, and mine the customer database to uncover insights, boost engagement, and improve marketing performance.
What We\’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years\’ experience in online CRM marketing, ideally within fashion or retail
  • Proven track record in managing retention and CRM programmes and database management
  • Hands-on experience building workflows within a CRM system
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
