Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects, Assets & Lease Accounting Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, workshop facilitation skills, and experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud implementations across Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.
  • Drive process design across Acquire-to-Retire and Project-to-Close workstreams.
  • Develop business process flows, user stories, and solution design documentation.
  • Support sprint planning, prioritisation, and delivery activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and overall solution architecture.
  • Review and improve existing processes to maximise value from Oracle Cloud investments.
  • Support testing, data migration, and cutover planning activities.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years' experience delivering finance transformation or ERP projects.
  • Extensive Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • Project Costing
    • Project Billing
    • Fixed Assets
    • Lease Accounting
  • Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments.
