About the Role

As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with engineering teams to deploy AI systems into real production environments. You’ll help customers identify high-impact use cases, lead integrations and pilots, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive long-term product adoption. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, combining hands-on technical work with customer partnership and rapid execution. You’ll operate across a broad range of technical environments and play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves through direct customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or TypeScript
  • Experience building, debugging, or maintaining real software systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both engineers and executives
  • Highly self-directed with a strong ownership mentality
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-intensity environments
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance academically, professionally, or entrepreneurially
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated by solving difficult technical problems
  • Startup or high-growth experience is highly valued
