The Role
- Own and grow the DACH market, selling to banks, fintechs, and exchanges
- Run mid-market (3β5 week) and enterprise (6β9 month) sales cycles
- Sell to senior compliance, risk, and transformation leaders
- Lead value-based conversations around regulatory confidence and risk reduction
- Partner closely with Customer Success on expansion and upsell
Requirements
- Fluent German (mandatory)
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise)
- Experience selling into regulated industries (RegTech, fintech, compliance preferred)
- Comfortable managing complex buying committees
- Crypto experience helpful but not required
Location
- Must be based within 100km of London
- Hybrid working (approx. 8 office days per month, flexible)
