SAP FICO Consultant Overview We are seeking a skilled and client-focused SAP FICO Consultant to join our consultancy team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP Finance and Controlling solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic project environments. Key Responsibilities Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.) to meet client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, HR, and technical consultants Provide expert guidance on financial processes, reporting, and compliance Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support Prepare functional specifications and work with developers on customizations Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client satisfaction Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SAP FICO implementations and support (3-5 years) Strong knowledge of core FICO modules and integration with other SAP components Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in full project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards Preferred Qualifications SAP FICO certification Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role Exposure to international or multi-company environments Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS) is a plus Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field On Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects Supportive team culture and professional development Ready to make an impact with your SAP expertise?
