Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: London, UK | Permanent
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Representative to join a growing technology sales team.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, qualifying inbound leads and booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to research target accounts, engage decision-makers and build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, email and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Record and track all activity using HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop your sales skills through coaching and feedback

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine ambition to build a career in sales
  • Technology, SaaS or B2B sales experience is advantageous
