What You\’ll Do

  • Implement large language models (LLMs), LangChain, and other cutting-edge tools to handle complex insurance challenges at scale.
  • Lead projects from initial concept through deployment, continuously measuring and optimizing performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
  • Proven track record of executing AI/ML projects from start to finish, with measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • Proficiency in deploying AI solutions, including experience with LLMs and related frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
