HR Department Administrator

Part Time or Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient administrator to join our HR department. The primary responsibility of this role is to digitally scan approximately 1250 paper personnel files, which include documents of both active and inactive employees, and update them into electronic versions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately scan and digitise paper personnel files.
  • Ensure all scanned documents are correctly saved onto shared files.
  • Perform routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices.
  • Work under regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize basic IT skills to manage and organize digital files.

Requirements:

  • No prior HR experience required.
