Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance across the implementation, optimisation, and/or configuration of the Worktribe platform.
- Act as the key technical authority, advising on best practices, system capabilities, and suitable workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support solution design aligned to the client’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and technology.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and upskilling activities across the client team.
Candidate Requirements
- Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrable, hands‑on experience working with Worktribe—ideally across multiple modules.
