The Reporting Lead is responsible for delivering clear, integrated reporting across the programme, providing insight into delivery progress, risks, and readiness.

Initial Focus (First 3 Months)

  • Establish reporting framework, cadence, and templates
  • Build initial integrated reporting view across planning, RAID, and delivery
  • Align reporting inputs from domains and suppliers
  • Define measures for delivery confidence and readiness
  • Support early governance forums with baseline reporting
